What's the difference between Club and Federation?

Club (€9/month) is for a single group managing its own members and events. Federation (€99/month) covers up to 10 groups with a dashboard across all of them, compliance tracking, grant distribution, and reports for funders. Sponsored groups get full Paid features — ticketing, subs, and payments — included.

Can I trial Federation for free?

14-day free trial, no credit card required. Set up your federation and invite groups before you pay.

What if I have more than 10 groups?

Groups beyond 10 cost €5/month each. So 15 groups would be €99 + (5 x €5) = €124/month. For 50+ groups, get in touch for custom pricing.

What happens if a group leaves the federation?

Groups that leave your federation move to the Free plan (up to 100 active members). If they need payment features, they can upgrade to Club (€9/month).

What data and reports can I export?

Total members, events, attendance, revenue, and engagement across all your groups. Designed for funding applications and board presentations.

Is our data private and GDPR compliant?

Yes. All data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), GDPR compliant, and encrypted at rest and in transit. Each group's data is isolated — as a federation admin, you see aggregate metrics unless a group grants you access to their detailed data.

How long does it take to set up?

About 30 minutes. Create your federation account, invite group admins via email, and they connect their existing groups or create new ones. You get visibility and reporting from day one.

Who is the Federation plan for?

Sports federations, county boards, council community teams, arts bodies, charity networks, student unions, and any organisation that supports multiple community groups.

Do groups need to be official members of our organisation?

No. Federated groups don’t need formal membership with your organisation. For example, a charity might federate with housing groups, offering them tools and support in return for impact reporting — it’s about building mutually beneficial networks where you get oversight and they get discoverability and features.

Is there a limit on how many free groups we can federate?

No. You can federate unlimited free groups at no extra cost. You only pay €5/month for each group you choose to upgrade to Paid features (ticketing, payments, subscriptions). For example, a council might federate dozens of free community groups and reserve paid upgrades for venues or sports clubs that collect fees.
