How do the fees compare to other platforms?
On a €12 ticket: Grewp charges about €0.90 total (including Stripe processing) — roughly 7.5%. Eventbrite charges about €1.55 (12.9%). Skiddle charges about €1.45 (12%+). Ticket Tailor is cheaper on pure fees (~€0.56) but gives you zero community features. Grewp is the only platform where you get ticketing and a fan community in one.
Do I own my fan data?
Yes. Every email, every RSVP, every attendee — it's your data. Export it anytime. DICE and Eventbrite give you analytics, not a fan community — your fan list belongs to you here, not just a synced mailing list.
Can I list free gigs?
Yes. Free events are always free on any plan. Use RSVPs to manage capacity and know who's coming — no payment needed.
When do I get paid?
Ticket payments go directly to your connected Stripe account. Stripe typically settles to your bank within 2–3 business days. No waiting weeks after the gig.
Can I use Grewp alongside Bandcamp?
Absolutely. Embed your Bandcamp store on your Grewp page so fans can find your music and merch. Use Grewp for gig tickets and community, Bandcamp for recordings and merch.
What if I play multiple venues?
