Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a new group?▼
Tap the + button on the My Grewps screen, fill in your group details including name, description, and location, then invite members via the share link or QR code.
How do I join a group?▼
You can join groups by using a share link sent by the group owner, scanning the group's QR code, or discovering nearby groups in the Discover tab and requesting to join.
How do I RSVP to an event?▼
Open the event from your dashboard or the My Events tab, then tap 'Going', 'Maybe', or 'Not Going' to set your attendance status.
How do I offer or request a lift to an event?▼
On the event page, go to the Lifts tab. You can offer a lift by specifying how many seats you have available, or request a lift if you need transport to the event.
How do I sign up for event tasks?▼
On the event page, go to the Tasks tab to see what help is needed. Tap on any task to volunteer for it.
How do I leave a group?▼
Go to the group settings page and scroll to the bottom where you'll find the option to leave the group.
How do I delete my account?▼
Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap 'Delete Account'. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password / can't log in▼
Grewp uses magic link authentication - we send a secure link to your email instead of using passwords. Just enter your email address and check your inbox (and spam folder) for the login link.
The app isn't loading or showing errors▼
Try closing and reopening the app, or check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or contact us at the email below.

- Create a new group or join an existing one

Policies
Report Safety Concerns
If you encounter content involving child exploitation, abuse, or any other serious safety concern, report it immediately to support@grewp.org. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will report violations to the appropriate authorities.
You can also use the Report button within the app on any content, user, or group.

Found a bug or experiencing issues? Please email hello@godaisy.io with details about what happened, what device you're using, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are always helpful!
